Our milk is raw - non-pasteurized and non-homogenized. It is completely natural, unprocessed, and full of natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and beneficial bacteria. The one Jersey we currently have in milk has been tested and confirmed A2/A2. Our cows live and feed on chemical-free, unsprayed, natural pastures year-round and are fed local, unsprayed, chemical-free alfalfa/hay grass through winter. At milking time, they are given an organic grain ration to help maintain their health and good body condition. We machine milk and store and sell all our milk in glass bottles. Our pastures, supplemental feed, and milk are all completely free from GMOs, antibiotics, chemicals, and synthetic hormones.
